JPSC CPDO Recruitment 2024 Syllabus
Paper-1: General Studies – 100 Marks
- Indian History and Indian National Movement
- Geography of India and the World
- Indian Political System and Economy
- History, Geography, Economy, and Culture of Jharkhand
Paper-2: General Studies – 100 Marks
- State, National, and International Current Affairs
- General Science (No specific expertise required; information expected from an educated individual)
- General Mental Ability – Logical and Analytical Ability
Note:
- Both question papers will be objective (multiple-choice questions).
- Questions will be provided in both Hindi and English.
- Each paper will have a duration of 2 hours.
- Visually impaired candidates will be granted an additional twenty minutes for each paper.
Main Written Examination Subjects: (a) Hindi – 100 Marks
- The marks in Hindi will be qualifying, with a minimum qualifying score of 30. These marks will not be included in the merit list. The curriculum for the Hindi subject will be at the 10th-grade level.
(b) General Studies – Two Papers (Every 100 Marks) (c) Optional Subjects: (i) Home Science (ii) Psychology (iii) Sociology (iv) Labor and Social Welfare. Candidates can choose one of these subjects.
