District Library Officer	1. Any Master’s Degree of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission in the pattern of 10+2 or its equivalent + 3 + 2; and 2. A Master’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission; and 3. Must have experience for a period of not less than three years in any of the libraries in a supervisory cadre.
Library Assistant in the Secretariat Library	1. A Degree; and 2. A Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science.
Librarian and Information Assistant Grade – II	1. A Bachelor’s Degree of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission. 2. A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission
