| Age limit:
As per LIC Agent notification, the age limit is 18-50 years for general, OBC 3 years, SC, ST 5 years age relaxation available for LIC jobs. Educational qualification: The minimum educational qualification for LIC Agent recruitment is 10th/ 12th / Degree, however, candidates with higher education also eligible for apply for Agent jobs but age limit is mandatory. Selection process: The selection / recruitment process of LIC Agent includes Training & Competitive IRDA CBT exam Some other posts in LIC also contain interview / physical requirements. For detailed syllabus & exam pattern of LIC Agent available at syllabus section , LIC Agent Salary / Commission Avg: commission 35% on premium 1st year, 7% 2nd year, 5% remaining year. ex: Lic jeevan anand policy for 16 years sum assured 10 lakhs. annual payment 50,000 35% of 50000 = 7% of 50000= 5% of annual premium payment till the policy holder maturity also follow mutual fund agent .. 0.5% commission on asset under management AUM. |
