Registration Guide Lines

1. Under which Deputy Directorate to register, that Deputy Directorate office should be selected from the drop down menu.
Once the DD Office Name is entered, it cannot be edited later.Deputy

2. In the Subject field, enter your subject
3. In the Name of Applicant field, enter your name first followed by your initials 4. Enter
your full address in the Residential address field
5. Select your district in the District field
6. Enter your postal code in the Pincode field
7. Enter your complete age in the Age field
8. Date of Birth in the Date of Birth field Must be entered in month and year
9. Enter your 10-digit mobile number in the Mobile Number field
10. In the Email ID field, enter your Email ID correctly
11. In the Have you cleared NET field, drop down Yes if you have cleared NET and drop down No if not cleared
12. In the field Do you have PhD, select Yes if you have done PhD and if you have not, select No from the drop down
13. In the field Aadhar / Voters ID Number, enter your Aadhar or Voters ID Number correctly 14. Upload
Aadhar / Voters ID In the field “Aadhar / Voters ID Number” you have to upload the original pdf of your Aadhaar or Voters ID number in the field
15. In the field Upload Your Recent Photo your latest photo in JPG, JPEG or PNG format and minimum 150 width x 200 height (20kb) size should also be uploaded. If you upload other format then you will not be able to register
16. In the SSLC Mark/Grade field you should write your SSLC Mark or Grade
17. In the Upload Your SSLC Certificate field you should upload your SSLC certificate in pdf (only) format
18. Post Graduation Mark/Grade Enter your Post Graduation Mark or Grade in the field
19. Enter the percentage corresponding to your Post Graduation Mark in the field Post Graduation Percentage
20. Upload your Post Graduation Mark list in pdf (only) format in the field Upload Post Graduation Mark list
21.Upload Post Graduation Original/Provisional certificate in the field you should upload your Post Graduation Original or Provisional certificate in pdf (only) format.
22. In the field Duration of Experience, if you have previous experience, you should enter from which day to which day.
23. In the Upload Your Experience certificate field, if you have recorded the experience in the Duration of Experience field, the original certificate should be uploaded in pdf (only) format. Reduce all pdf files to less than 120 kb. Avoid symbols (: . , ; -) and spaces in file names. Make sure the extension of the photo is .jpg, .png, .jpeg (small letters). Also make sure that the documents used for uploading are in .pdf (small letter) format.
24. After entering all the above mentioned fields click the SUBMIT button and SUBMIT the application
25 After submitting, the “Edit / Submit” window will appear. After checking it correctly, if you want to edit it, click on the Edit option shown below and go to the window where you want to edit. Uploaded files cannot be viewed in edit option. So before clicking on the edit option, check whether the uploaded files are correct. If they are correct then no need to re-upload. If not correct then you can upload again
26. If everything is correct you can click update your application button
27. After updating Your Application Successfully Updated window will come with the information of your uploaded files
28 If everything is correct you can tick declaration and click register button
29. After registering you can You can print or save in the Print Your Application window
30. After registration, to print or save your application (Print Your Application), you must use a JavaScript enabled browser on your computer. Otherwise, it will not be possible to print / save. Therefore, it should be noted before starting the registration.
