| Draughtsman | 3 years’ Diplomas in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Naval Architecture and Ship Construction Engineering |
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central Government. OR With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto regularly in Pay Level – 4, VII CPC (Rs 25500-81100) (erstwhile Rs 4000-6000) or equivalent in Central Government. And
- 3 years’ Diplomas in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Naval Architecture and Ship Construction Engineering from an Industrial Training Institute or its equivalent or two years diploma or certificate in commercial art from a recognized institute with three years of experience in draughtsmanship in an organization of repute.
