Nursery Assistant Teacher – Directorate of Education	The candidate must have passed the CTET test as well as Urdu, English, Hindi, or Punjabi as a secondary school subject. In addition, the candidate must have fulfilled the following tasks: NCTE requires a Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% and a 2-year diploma in elementary education OR A Senior Secondary with a minimum of 45 percent and a 2-year diploma in primary education. OR Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% and a 4-year B.El.Ed. OR Senior secondary school diploma with a minimum of 50% and a 2-year education diploma (Special Education) OR Completion of a two-year education diploma
Primary Assistant Teacher – New Delhi Municipal Council	Passing the 12th grade with a 50% grade (50% for SC/ST) is required. 2 year primary education diploma/certificate programme in JBT/ ETE/ B.El.Ed/ DIET. Hindi must have been a topic in tenth grade. The CTET must have been passed by the candidate.
