Solideir Clerk: 12th with 50% Marks
Soldier Clerk: 12th with 50% marks
Soldier tradesman : 8th pass (housekeeper/safaiwala etc)
Tradesman: 10th (chef,musician,ER ) single pass
17 1/2 to 21 years for soldier GD, upto 23 years for clerk,
Relation Certificate: Relation certificate is one of the most important proof which a candidate is needed for participating for rally. Candidates relation certificate must be issued by army record office.
Sports quota candidates has some reserved vacancies and some exemptions under PST

Priority Lists :
Priority 1 (Own Regimental / Corps (Battle Casualty / Liberalized Family Pension))
- One son of a War Widow receiving liberalized family pension, including legally adopted sons.
- Real brother of a Battle Casualty who marries the widow of the Battle Casualty. If the candidate is below 21 years and marries the widow of the Battle Casualty, they require sanction from the Competent Authority.
- One son-in-law of a Battle Casualty who has no son, including the husband of a legally adopted daughter.
- One real brother of an unmarried Battle Casualty.
Priority 2 (Own Regimental / Corps (Disability Pensioner / Special Family Pensioners))
- If a serviceman dies in harness, one son, one legally adopted son, or one real brother (if the serviceman is unmarried) is eligible if the widow / Next of Kin (NOK) is in receipt of special family pension.
- One son/one legally adopted son of an Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to / aggravated due to Military Service.
Priority 3 (Own Regimental / Corps (Serving / Ex-Serviceman))
- One son of a serviceman who dies in harness, including a legally adopted son whose death is not attributed to military service.
- One son of a serving / Ex-serviceman, including a legally adopted son.
- One brother of a serviceman / Ex-serviceman.
- One son / one legally adopted son of an Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to / aggravated due to Military Service.
Priority 4 (Other Regimental / Corps (Battle Casualty))
- One son of a war widow, including a legally adopted son.
- Real brother of a Battle Casualty who marries the widow of the Battle Casualty. If any candidate is below 21 years of age and married to the widow of the deceased, then sanction of the competent authority is required.
- One son-in-law of a Battle Casualty having no son, including the husband of a legally adopted daughter.
- One real brother of an unmarried Battle Casualty.
Priority 5 (Own Regimental / Corps (Disability pensioner/Special Family Pensioners/ Serving / Ex-Serviceman))
Serviceman who dies in harness, one son / one legally adopted son or one real brother (if the serviceman is unmarried) where the widow / NOK is in receipt of Special Family Pension.
One son/one legally adopted son of an Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to / aggravated due to Military Service.
One son of a serviceman who died in harness, including a legally adopted son whose death is not attributed to military service.
One son of serving / Ex-serviceman, including a legally adopted son.
One real brother of a serviceman/Ex-serviceman.
One son / one legally adopted son of an Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to / aggravated by Military Service.
